JD5039 Ashless Antiwear Hydraulic Oil Additive Package
Note: This product has passed bench tests from SwRI

the product has excellent extreme pressure anti-wear properties and thermal oxidation stability.
3.It could reduce the mechanical wear and tear, fuel consumption and cost.
4.Through the experiments of physical &chemical properties and high pressure pump bench evaluation, it meets the
requirements of the following standards:

1.It can be used to prepare high pressure ash-less AW hydraulic oil of high grade with dosage of 0.8% (anti-foam agent need be added additionally).
2.Hydraulic oils blended by it are mainly applied in the hydraulic system with plunger pump
pressure>30.0Mpa and vane pump pressure 14.0- 17.5Mpa.
4.It is widely applied in metallurgy, plastics, mining, and the heavy dump truck, forming machine, pressing machine and other mechanical hydraulic system.

Packaging: Net weight: 200kg/drum. The maximum temperature should not exceed 60 C for the storage, handling of the product and preparation of oil; for long-term storage, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45 C. This product is not flammable, explosive. No special preventative measure is required during use, but general preventive measures in handling of chemicals shall be followed. If the oil splashes onto skin, detergent, soap and water can be used to wash it away thoroughly.
