JD1135 Ester-Phenolic Antioxidant
Product Introduction
JD1135 refers to a new type of high-temperature Ester-phenolic antioxidant with superior performance. It provides excellent thermal stability, outstanding anti-oxidation performance under high temperature, good oil solubility and favorable compatibility with other additives; it offers better performance when combining with amine antioxidant. High in effective content, this product is widely used in various grades of premium internal combustion engine oil formulation, industrial lubricating oil applications including thermal oil, high-temp chain oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil and turbine oil, and all kinds of grease and fuel oil applications. The recommended treat rate is 0.3-0.5% (m%).

Package/Product Storage/Transportation
The product is packed in iron drums with a net weight of 180kg, applicable to various modes of transportation.
The maximum storage and transportation temperature shall not exceed 75C in short term, and shall not exceed 45C in long term. The shelf life is 2 years.
This product is not flammable, explosive and corrosive, with no special protection required. In case of accidental contact with skin, wash it off thoroughly with water and detergents.
