Agricultural machinery multi-purpose oil actually refers to lubricating oil mainly used in the transmission system, hydraulic system, and braking of tractors. It combines the performance of vehicle gear oil and hydraulic oil, as well as certain friction characteristics, making it suitable for both wet clutches and brakes in agricultural machinery. The JD8088 compound, when combined with appropriate base oils, can produce a multi-purpose oil that meets the NB/SH6034-2021 standard for lubricating oil used in agricultural machinery transmission systems.
Product Features
Appropriate viscosity and good visco-temperature performance ensure the oil works normally in a wide temperature range. Good anti-w performance ensures various hydraulic transmission components made of different materials are not easily worn under operating conditions. Good thermal stability and antioxidant stability allow long-term circulation use under harsh working. Good low-temperature fluidity and low pour point adapt to the working conditions of frequent start-stop and winter operation. Good anti-foaming performance ensures the produced under continuous mechanical stirring is easy to disappear, thus avoiding reduced efficiency of the torque converter and gearshift failure. Strong adaptability to sealing materials.
Recommended dosage: Tractor three-in-one oil 4.0% Tractor two-in-one oil 2.0%
Usage Precautions
The oil blending temperature should be controlled below 70℃. 2. This product already contains an-foaming agent, so generally, no additional anti-foaming agent is needed during oil blending. In special cases, an appropriate amount of anti-fo agent can be added. 3. This product must not be mixed with other oils or additives to avoid water contamination.
Packaging and Storage
This product should not 60℃ during storage and handling; it should be stored at room temperature away from fire sources; this product is non-corrosive and non-explosive and no special precautions are needed during use; if accidentally ingested, it has a certain toxicity, but it is no more toxic than general petroleum products; if comes into contact with the skin, it can be cleaned with water, soap, or detergent. It is packaged in 200-liter steel drums, with net weight of 200KG per drum.
