PAG(Polyalkylene Glycols) For Refrigeration Oil
Some specially designed polyethers is suitable for automobile air conditioning compressors with R-134a and other HFC products. It is used as a base oil for refrigeration compressors. When matched with R134a in a certain proportion, it has good high and low temperature compatibility.The high compatibility temperature is 0~80'c, and the low compatibility temperature is 0~-60'c.This type of polyether has the following characteristics:
(1) Unique polyether end-capping technology has excellent mutual solubility with R-134a and various HFCS refrigerants;
(2) lt has its own water-repellent ability and is not prone to capillary freezing problems;
(3) Excellent viscosity index, can form a stable lubricating film at high temperatures, and has good lubricity;
(4)The viscosity is low at low temperatures and has good fluidity and solubility;
(5) chemical properties are stable and less likely to decompose under high temperature and high humidity conditions
