Product Introduction

JDVII-6351 is a solution of polymethacrylate in highly refined mineral oil. It is a viscosity index improver with high shear stability specially designed for multi-grade engine oils, and also has a condensation reducing effect.It is suitable for the blending and production of multi-grade internal combustion engine oil, especially the blending of new oil products under the trend of low viscosity.

Noted:Add 0.5% to HVI150 base oil (freezing point -14±1 ℃), and the freezing point reduction value is the degree of pour point.

The difference of the k. viscosity at 100°C between HVI150 base oi and adding 10% of viscosity index agent to HVI150 base oil.

Recommended Dosage

 1-10%, depending on the actual application.

Packing And Precautions

Please refer to SH/T0164 for transportation, storage and handling.

Net weight: 170 Kg/drum, packed in 200 liter metal drum. Non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive.  Best Blending temperature: 50-60℃.Storage temperature below 60℃, avoid repeated heating,
