What to do with diesel compound added to a gasoline car

The following steps should be taken immediately after diesel compound is added to a gasoline vehicle:
Immediately stop the vehicle and turn off the engine: after discovering that the wrong fuel has been added, you should immediately stop the vehicle and turn off the engine to avoid diesel fuel from entering the fuel system.
Tow the vehicle to a professional repair store: tow the vehicle as soon as possible to a 4S store or a professional auto repair store for treatment. If diesel fuel has been added only a little (no more than 5-10% of the fuel tank volume), you can drain the diesel fuel and add gasoline to continue using it; if a larger amount has been added, a more thorough cleaning and inspection is needed.
Cleaning the fuel line and replacing the cartridge: professional repair stores will thoroughly clean the fuel line and replace the gasoline cartridge to make sure there is no diesel residue in the fuel line.
Check fuel injectors and spark plugs: fuel injectors and spark plugs also need to be cleaned or replaced to ensure proper engine operation.
Preventive Measures and Recommendations:
Confirm the type of fueling: Confirm the type of fuel your vehicle needs before refueling to avoid confusion.
Use suitable fuel additives: If fuel additives are required, choose additives suitable for gasoline vehicles instead of diesel additives.
Regular maintenance and inspection: Carry out regular maintenance and inspection of the vehicle to ensure that all parts are working properly and to avoid major breakdowns caused by minor problems.
