Water-soluble PAG Lubricating Oil

Water-soluble PAG (Polyalkylene Glycol) lubricating oil is a type of high-performance synthetic lubricating oil based on water-soluble PAG, featuring unique environmental friendliness, high-temperature resistance and lubricating properties.

High and low temperature performance: Good high-temperature stability (up to over 200°C), excellent low-temperature fluidity (pour point as low as -50°C). Thermal oxidation stability is better than that of mineral oil, reduce carbon deposition and sludge.

Environmental friendliness: Biodegradable (for some models), non-toxic, and compliant with environmental protection regulations (such as OECD 301B). It is applicable to sensitive industries such as food and pharmaceuticals (some models have passed NSF H1 certification).

Lubricity: Natural high lubricity, excellent extreme pressure performance, suitable for high-load gears and bearings. It has good compatibility with additives and can enhance anti-wear, anti-rust and other properties.

Metalworking fluids: As the base oil for water-based cutting fluids and grinding fluids, they provide lubrication and cooling (such as quenching fluids). 

The food and pharmaceutical machinery, lubrication conveyor belt, filling equipment, etc., to meet FDA or NSF H1 standard. 

The compressor and hydraulic system: used for fire resistant hydraulic fluid (HFC), instead of mineral oil. 

New energy vehicles, electric vehicle thermal management system of the coolant and lubricant (e.g., battery cooling loop).
