Product Introduction
General gear oil additive package JD4218A is a newly-developed eco-friendly product with low odor. With 80W/90 viscosity grade, the vehicle gear oil prepared on a basis of 3.8% additive dose has passed bench tests such as CRC L-42, CRC L-33- 1, CRC L-37- 1and CRC L-60- 1, etc., showing a quality higher than GL-5.
Recommended Dosage
JD4218A could blend the vehicle gear oils of API GL-5 grade with following viscosity grades: SAE 90、80W/90、85W/90、85W/140. JD4218A could blend the industrial gear oils of following viscosity grades:N68 、N100 、N150 、N220、 N320 、N460.

Package/Product Storage/Transportation
Net weight: 200kg/drum.
The maximum temperature should not exceed 70 ℃ during storage, loading and unloading and oil blending, and not exceed 45 ℃ for long term storage. This product is non flammable, non explosive and non-corrosive.No special preventative measure is required during use, but general preventive measures in handling of chemicals shall be followed. If the oil splashes onto skin, detergent, soap and water can be used to wash it away thorough.
