JD5087 is a package used for the formulation of water-glycol flame resistant hydraulic fluids.

Product Characteristics

  • JD5087 does not contain water-based viscosity builder, must add additional water-based viscosity builder, in order to formulate a variety of viscosity of water - glycol flame retardant hydraulic fluid.
  • JD5087 contains sufficient liquid-phase antirust agent and gas-phase antirust agent, which can protect the equipment from rusting for a long time.
  • The water-glycol flame retardant hydraulic fluid formulated with JD5087 has superior viscosity and temperature characteristics, good chemical stability, will not be delaminated under normal use and maintenance, will not deteriorate, long service life.
  • The water-glycol flame retardant hydraulic fluid formulated with JD5087 has high viscosity index and good lubricity, which makes it approximate to the performance of mineral hydraulic oil, and can withstand higher working pressure.
  • None harmful substances, non-toxic, safe to use. The components are easy to biodegrade and treat waste liquid.

Note 1: Due to the difference in quality and low temperature resistance requirements of polyol and viscosity index improver, the above ratio is for reference only.

Note 2: The water used to formulate water-glycol flame retardant hydraulic fluid with this product must be deionized water or higher grade water.

Operating Instructions

1. This product should be kept in airtight condition, avoiding contact with any other substances, preventing cross-contamination, and the equipment for producing flame-retardant hydraulic fluid should be specialized as much as possible.

2. The production process when producing water - ethylene glycol flame retardant hydraulic fluid:

  • Add the required amount of polyalcohol (ethylene glycol or diethylene glycol) into the reactor, add viscosity increasing agent (JD55000) while stirring, and stir well.
  • Add deionized water (minus the amount of water used to dissolve the dye) and JD5087, stir well.
  • Add the aqueous solution of dye and mix well.

Note: The dye should be fully dissolved and filtered with a small amount of deionized water before pouring into the reactor, and note that the amount of water used to dissolve the dye should also be counted in the total water consumption.

Discharge.

Note: The finished product must be filtered with high-precision filtration facilities as far as possible according to the conditions of the equipment. For example, some big brand companies in the industry use 0.5 micron to 25 micron filtration facilities.

Best-before date: 12 months of cool, ventilated, light-proof, airtight storage.

Package: 200L Drum.or IBC Tank. Suitable for container and land transportation.
