Three Major Technological Breakthroughs of T-151 Ash-free Dispersant
No ash substructure, providing long-lasting protection for the equipment
By adopting the modified succinimide technology, the dispersant molecules strongly adsorb tiny impurities through polar groups, while the non-polar chains stably disperse them in the oil. Throughout the process, no metal ash is produced, thus avoiding chemical corrosion to precision components.
The high-temperature stability has been improved by 50%
Experimental data shows that under a continuous working environment of 150℃, the antioxidant performance of T-151 is significantly improved compared to conventional dispersants, which can extend the oil change cycle of lubricating oil by more than 20%. It is particularly suitable for high-temperature scenarios such as turbocharged engines and industrial gearboxes.
Broad-spectrum compatibility design
Synergistic and effective with various additives such as sulfonates and alkylphenol salts, it is compatible with mainstream specification lubricating oil formulations such as API SP/SN and ACEA C3, helping customers complete product upgrades quickly.
