Trimethylolpropane oleate (TMPTO)
TMPTO is a ternary polyol ester synthesized from trimethylolpropane (TMP) and oleic acid through esterification. It possesses six core advantages: strong lubrication, high viscosity-temperature, low pour point, high flash point, high biodegradability, and flame retardancy. It is a core base oil/oiliness agent for high-end environmentally friendly lubricants and metalworking fluids, especially suitable for wide-temperature, heavy-duty, environmentally friendly, and flame-retardant applications.
Synthetic Flame-Retardant Hydraulic Oil (Core Main Application)
As the main base oil (60%~80% addition) of 46# and 68# HFD-U flame-retardant hydraulic oils, it is used in high-temperature, open-flame, and flammable-risk hydraulic systems in steel mills, die-casting machines, injection molding machines, aviation, ships, and mines, replacing flammable mineral oils. It is safe, environmentally friendly, provides excellent lubrication, and has a long oil change interval. It is also used in environmentally friendly hydraulic oils, marine hydraulic oils, and wind power hydraulic oils, meeting the requirements of low-temperature start-up, high-temperature stability, and biodegradability.
