The biggest feature of ester base oils is that the ester molecules contain multiple ester bonds (-COOR), which gives the ester molecules polarity, thus giving ester oils many superior properties and application characteristics than PAO and three types of base oils.
The synthetic esters to replace PAO mainly include polyol ester and diester. These ester oils have many superior properties and application characteristics, such as the polar structure gives the ester molecules a special lubrication performance, which is easy to adsorb on the interface to form a stable oil film, thereby improving lubricity and reducing start-up wear. Polyol esters: These esters have excellent thermal and hydrolytic stability and are suitable for high temperature and high load working environments. Their high flash point and good oxidation stability make them excellent in high-pressure screw air compressors, and their service life is twice as long as PAO type oils. Diester: This type of ester also has good lubrication performance and stability, suitable for a variety of high load and high temperature environment.

Air compressor oil, polyol ester in air compressor performance, suitable for working temperature higher than 93 ℃ of multistage high-pressure screw air compressor. Environmentally friendly refrigerant compatible freezer oil base oil: This type of ester has good compatibility with environmentally friendly refrigerants and is suitable for freezer oil base oil.
