Excellent Lubrication Performance: Synthetic esters have outstanding oiliness and lubricity, capable of forming a firm oil film on the surface of gears, effectively reducing friction and wear between gears, enhancing transmission efficiency, and minimizing energy loss.
High viscosity index: Its viscosity changes little with temperature and can maintain a relatively stable viscosity in both high and low temperature environments, ensuring that gears receive good lubrication under different working conditions. For example, when starting at low temperatures, synthetic ester gear oil can flow rapidly to all lubrication points, reducing wear. When operating at high temperatures, it can still maintain sufficient oil film strength to prevent gear gluing.
Outstanding antioxidant performance: Synthetic esters have excellent antioxidant stability, capable of resisting oxidation reactions caused by factors such as high temperatures, oxygen, and metal catalysts, thereby extending the service life of gear oil, reducing the formation of oxidation products such as sludge and paint films, and maintaining the cleanliness of the gear system.
Superior environmental performance: Synthetic esters have excellent biodegradability. Compared with traditional mineral oil-based gear oils, they cause less pollution to the environment and better meet environmental protection requirements. They are especially suitable for some environmentally sensitive occasions, such as ships and wind power generation fields.
