High-performance Synthetic Ester Base Oil

Synthetic ester base oil is a type of high-performance lubricating oil base oil synthesized through esterification reaction (the reaction between alcohol and carboxylic acid). Excellent high-temperature stability and resistance to high-temperature oxidation: The molecular structure of esters is stable and they are not prone to decomposition or oxidation at high temperatures, making them suitable for high-temperature environments (such as aircraft engines, turbines, etc.). Outstanding low-temperature performance and low pour point: It maintains fluidity at extremely low temperatures (such as below -40℃) and has excellent cold start performance. High viscosity index (VI) : Viscosity changes little with temperature, providing stable lubrication over a wide temperature range. Environmental friendliness and biodegradability: Biodegradable: Some synthetic esters (such as diesters and polyol esters) have a high natural degradation rate, meeting environmental protection requirements (such as bio-based lubricating oil). Low toxicity: It poses relatively minor harm to the ecological environment and human health, and is suitable for sensitive fields (such as food-grade lubricants). Material compatibility and good synergy with additives: It can be compatible with a variety of functional additives (such as antioxidants and extreme pressure agents), enhancing comprehensive performance. Friendly to rubber/seals: Some esters can expand sealing materials to prevent leakage (adjustments need to be made according to the formula). Strong anti-aging property: Extend the oil change cycle and reduce maintenance costs. High cleanliness: It leaves little residue after combustion and is suitable for two-stroke engines or gas turbines. Widely applicable scenarios: aviation, racing cars, refrigeration compressors, wind power gearboxes and other harsh working conditions. Replace traditional oil products: It can partially replace PAO (polyalphaolefin) or mineral oil to enhance performance.
